• You need to re-register if you have moved, changed your name or wish to change your political party affiliation;You may request that an Affidavit of Registration be mailed to you by calling the Registrar of Voters' general information telephone numbers: (562) 466-1310 or (800) 481-VOTE, 24 hours a day; 
• Self-executing registration forms that can be filled out and mailed to the Registrar of Voters by anyone eligible to register to vote are available at over 1,950 locations in Los Angeles County, including most libraries, fire stations, post offices, and city clerk offices. Assistance in registering to vote is also provided by staff at the Department of Motor Vehicles and some Social Services agencies.
